Corned Beef Pansigang by ManilaQ

Manila Q's Corned Beef Sinigang
It's definitely nothing like my mother's sinigang...

Flavorful and  impossibly tender corned beef (and by corned beef I mean the Palm kind rather than the Libby's) chunks done sinigang style- that is ManilaQ's so-called Corned Beef Pansigang. It's genius. 


For this meal, I wished I had a proper table and chair and a serving of rice at the Ultimate Taste Test 4.0.

(Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up a flier from the ManilaQ table nor did my search online yield any result so I can't give any contact information or where to find them. Any help on this is welcome.)

hi. i was at the utt 4.0 too. manila q will be opening their restaurant soon, there was a list in their booth that asks you to write down your email if you'd like to know when they are opening the resto. let's just wait for further announcement, i have a feeling this will be in anton's blog. =)

Kristine -- Thank you for the positive feedback on ManilaQ's Corned Beef Sinigang!=) We are really glad you enjoyed it. Don't worry, we'll be opening up our store soon in the Fort area so you'll definitely be able to enjoy it this time with steamed rice, or for take-out so you can enjoy it at your home. We'll definitely keep you posted!
