If dad is more of a burger kind of guy, although not on the regular menu (the last time I checked, at least...), you can try asking your server if the chef can fix up a nice lean beef burger with either cheddar cheese or bleu cheese.
Don Limone would serve these burgers in their freshly-baked focaccia instead of the usual burger bun, and they certainly taste as delicious and as unique as they look.
