Quattro Formaggio

Our favorite pizza thus far: Quattro Formaggio by Bistro Ravioli. Just the right amount of tomato sauce underneath that wonderful layer of cheddar, Parmesan, Feta cheese, and Mozzarella. And the brick-oven baked thin crust- perfect. Fabulous price, too- only Php325 for a generous 12-inch pizza.

Margherita (Php250)

Their Margherita pizza (tomatoes, basil & mozzarella) is also a must-try. We order this one on days we don't feel so, uh, cheesy. It's light, simple on the palate, but still delicious.

Spinach & Feta Cheese in Pesto

Their fresh hand-made pasta is also very good. At one section of the establishment, you can actually see the pasta they serve being made right before your eyes. You don't get many restaurants that offer fresh pasta locally so that was a big selling point for me. I especially like their ravioli. They come in hefty servings with a slice of toasted buttered Focaccia bread. It's a very filling meal and a great value at only Php190.

Panna Cotta with Strawberry

For dessert, I have tried their Panna Cotta with strawberry (Php95). It tastes as good as it looks.
