Today's Lunch: Sinigang sa Miso (again)

Sinigang sa Miso

No, I'm not complaining. Let me tell you why.



Mustasa (mustard greens) is one of my favorite vegetables. I've only recently grown to love it. Bitter and somewhat sour, it is not a flavor combination that inspires love at first bite in everybody, but I like it. An added bonus is that it is one of the world's healthiest foods, known to actually lower cholesterol. I take all I can of this vegetable from every sinigang sa miso I encounter, even more than the featured protein. 

Fortunately, this dish is a lunch table regular in our house.
