Tous Les Jours is a Korean bakery that takes pride in using only the finest ingredients in their baked products which they offer fresh from the oven every day. Consistent with this commitment, Tous Les Jours has a buy-one-take-one promo on breads before they finally call it a day, every day. So, hey, lucky me walking into the Alabang Town Center branch of Tous Les Jours at about 8:30 PM a couple of days ago.
For less than Php200, I got two each of the custard bread, small baguette, custard cream pastry, and peanut butter cookie. The peanut butter cookie, as it turns out however was not covered by the promo so I ended up paying full price for both. But it is a small matter. I enjoyed every bit of what I got from my first visit at Tous Les Jours.
My favorite among my loot was the custard cream pastry which was so soft and buttery and the custard creamy and just slightly sweet. This pretty much guarantees that I will be back for more.
