Found this Butter Rum Cake last December at the Powerplant Baker's Dozen Fair. It's been awarded by Inquirer as one of its 24 Best Desserts for 2009. For good reason. Joyce's Butter Rum cake is moist, butterful, and delicately flavored with rum. If you think that's sinful, this rum cake also comes in chocolate. Prices are Php340 for a loaf pan with box, Php360 for a loaf pan with gift package, and Php780 for the large bundt size with gift package.Aside from the rum cakes, Joyce also offers Chewy Butterscotch, and Oatmeal Crisps. On their more savory lineup, they have Dulong in Olive Oil & Garlic, Queso de Bola Spread, Portabello Mushroom Dip and Melba Toast.
